A defining spell in Division Four looms with six teams still believing that promotion can be attained.

Carlow have lost a couple of matches thus far, but Turlough O'Brien's charges head north for a demanding encounter against Antrim knowing a win would inject points and momentum into their campaign.

Antrim, though, have chalked up two triumphs from three themselves with Paddy Cunningham's return a real boost for Lenny Harbinson's team.

On Saturday afternoon Sligo will be seeking to respond when hosting Waterford following a disappointing result against improving Wicklow.

Seanie Furlong's smart 1-3 contribution was critical for Davy Burke's men, who face a hugely important tussle in Rathkeale.

Limerick are the only county with a perfect record in Division Four and Billy Lee will be anxious to maintain their efficient start to the year.

Lee's diligent work with Limerick is being reflected with impressive results and the game with Wicklow promises to be interesting.

Wexford are also beginning to show signs of their promise so Paul Galvin's collection of emerging and established players will be striving to eke out the spoils when London visit the south east.

Galvin, though, is completely aware of London's grit and determination and should have Wexford firmly focused for this vital assignment.
